How do I upgrade my subscription?

Do the following BEFORE your current subscription renews:

1. Login to your CX260 account
2. Click your name in the top right header
3. On the left menu bar, click Billing
4. Under Subscriptions, click Cancel to cancel your current subscription. You will still be enrolled in, access and resume your course(s) where you left off until the end of the billing cycle
5. At any time before and after the current subscription or plan expires, you can sign up for the subscription/plan you desire
